Event ID 139 error MUP
We had following situation:
On most of our Windows Server standard 2008 SP2 systems we get an Delayed Write File event, about every 5 minutes.
Event ID: 139Source: Mup
Description: {Delayed Write FIle} Windows was unable to save all data for the file \\.... etc

I googled a lot to find out the soluction .. and finally resolved the issue with simple tweak
Right click on NIC -- Properties --> configure
Look for the below values and disable it
IPv4 Large Send Offload
TCP Connection Offload (IPv4).
-- Reboot is not required as per MS article .. But , it's worked after the reboot
