HPSA Connectivity issue - It is mandatory to open the ports for HPSA to work



The connection via HPSA tool was working earlier and we have noticed the issue today morning.

There was a recent network activity happened in limiting NW connectivity from xxxx NW to customer n/w . Issue has been resolved after opening the ports between agent g/w and managed servers

TCP port 1002 must be opened unidirectional from all of the agent gateways to all of the managed servers. 
TCP port 3001 must be opened unidirectional from all of the managed servers to all of the agent gateways.
