*Building and Manage the Windows Virtual Servers
*Should be familiar with the basic tools required to build servers (both physical and virtual) in an Enterprise Environment. Naming conventions etc.
*Expert Level of understanding on all Flavors of Windows (2003/2003R2, 2008 / 2008R2, 2012 / 2012 R2). Should have a complete knowledge of the Tools sets / Features available in each flavor of Windows.
*VM Template, Offline Migration, Movement of Drives ,Expanding disks, Physical Server Management tools and its use. Basic Troubleshooting. .
*Basic Understanding of Active directory. Basic level AD troubleshooting (L2). OU movement. Basic commands.
*Understanding about WSUS or SCCM, Group Policies and how they works, Group policy troubleshooting, Registry Modification and its impacts.
*Should be familiar with Tools used for Server monitoring or SCOM. Modifying Management server and Management group. Alerts.
*Basic Understanding of Storage.
*Other Documentation.
*Should be able to grasp about new Environment quickly, and work without many dependencies. Stick to very much to the standards followed
*Should be an L2+ or L3 resource
*Should be from enterprise level support
*Should be flexible to work at client place/HO
*Flexible for shifts
