Citi Bank - Windows Server Level 3 System Administrator

    The GCG CIS Server Platform is part of GCG Core Infrastructure Services Support. The team covers both Build the Bank (BTB) and Run the Bank (RTB) activities and work closely with other Core Infrastructure teams to deliver a professional service offering to Consumer businesses across ASPAC region.


    The Key Responsibilities include: 

    • Manage and supervise assigned staff, provide technical guidance & advice, schedule assignments and training and conduct performance feedback

    • Plan, install and maintain systems software to ensure a secure and efficient data processing environment

    • Perform system performance monitoring and tuning, participate in capacity planning and systems configuration; make recommendations on hardware and software enhancements to fine tune or update the regional operating environment

    • Provide technical support to both systems operation support and data center operations personnel

    • Coordinate with other technology function managers to ensure orderly testing and implementation of new systems and changes to the processing environment

    • Perform yearly site COB drills and participate in application COB drill to meet the business COB requirements

    • Interface with outside vendors to coordinate software and hardware problem resolution

    • Participate in the selection, analysis and modification of vendor-supplied systems and network software and adapt new systems to the regional operating environment

    • Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring and installing new hardware or hardware upgrades

    • Implement Security Policy in compliance with CTI standards

    • Implement system related procedures in compliance with ISO standards

    • Keep current on hardware, network and software developments

    • Ensure compliance to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP) and standards

    • Level 3 support for high critical business applications

    • Handle L2 escalated breakfix and change requests

    • Perform proper prioritization and evaluation of business requirements prioritizing according to the order of Franchise Critical, Gold, Silver, and Bronze applications

    • Ensure that products used for the delivery of solutions are supported by the Global Engineering entity
