- -Responsible for Implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of Computing and storage Platform components.
-Responsible to aid design and deployment of Computing and storage Platform components.
-Responsible includes maintenance and management of Servers (Wintel / Linux ect), Virtualized environment (with VMWare 5.0 & above), storage (Netapp, Dell), Backup Management Software amongst others
-Adherence to corporate standards for design of system architecture
-Responsible for managing the uptime of the services and track and adhere to the SLA requirements.
-Maintain software licensing compliance for the site by performing quarterly Software Licensing Audits
-Work with Technology Operations Team to solve escalated local & ASIA systems/servers/server application related problems
-Liaise with vendor representatives for technical infrastructure implementation
-Provide technology assessments and recommendations in support of Automation and Technology initiatives
