JOB Description:
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for deployment of Windows Systems, Setup and configuration of SQL for project basis
· Responsible for monitoring health of newly setup System and services
· Troubleshooting and escalation on daily operation
· Handling daily operation tickets and maintain SLA (Incident, Service Request Change Request, Problem Management)
· Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of System/ Data Center projects
· Working knowledge of Active Directory/DNS, SCOM, SCCM, Windows Servers technologies will be an advantage
· Responsible for system health and available reporting
· Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable
Requirements:
· Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Studies
· Familiar with WINTEL Systems, Windows 2003/2008/2012 R2 and Microsoft SQL
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill
· Professional certification in MCP/MSCE/MCSA and MCTIP are advantageous
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
