Cluster heartbeat network down for a moment and the following error message was logged in the event
Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet: The network link is down. Check to make sure the network cable is properly connected.

Troubleshootings
ping 127.0.0.1 this worked proving the TCP/IP stack works
ping the machines IP this worked proving the NIC works
Re-seating the Network cable.
NIC drivers and firmware are up to date ( This was happened last time - Network blip usually happens due to this problem)
Also i checked with network team if there was any activity from their end -- (usually Switch will be the culprit for these kinds of problems )
No luck ..
Root cause of this problem is ...
Right Click on Computer --> Manage --> Diagnostics --> Device Manager
Right click on the NIC for your system and select Properties.
In the Properties window, select the Power Management tab and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this deice to save power"
Click Ok to apply the settings.
Click Ok to apply the settings.
